 Whether you want to have a single class or a comprehensive training program, the Higher Plane team will work with you and your management team to identify the needs for each target audience.    

Armed with the results of the Team Performance Analysis, we will work with you to match course content with the needs of the target groups. We will focus on existing content, either your internal programs or Higher Plane programs, to be used "off-the-shelf" or restructured for your applications. 

Once we have established the modular outlines, we will work with your management team to tailor the content to reinforce your company culture.  The evaluation is most effective in person as face-to-face assessment allows Higher Plane to establish the urgent and latent needs of the organization. 

Program delivery can be on site or virtual. Either way, the delivery is highly engaging, memorable, and long lasting. Participants come away with actionable items to improve their performance at work and in their personal lives.

We will work with the team to develop follow-up tools to facilitate the smooth transition from the classroom to the job.  We believe continued measurement of the skills learned during the program is critical and crucial to making your training investment effective.
